Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
- Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Returns
We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.
- Returns are completely free.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and availability.
